What arrives, and when
On weekday mornings the desk sends a condensed edition covering Markets, Policy, and Technology. Items that need a full page stay on those section pages. Short, confirmed items stay in the brief. Unsourced claims wait.
Desk access for the weekday brief starts from SGD 18 a month. Reprint licences for published copy start from SGD 80. We do not publish a maximum price. Length of licence, territory, and circulation change the fee, so we quote after we know the use. There is no countdown, no “limited seats”, and no claim of guaranteed trading results.

How a brief is built
Editors mark overnight closes, local filings, and ministry papers that landed after 18:00. The morning conference decides the order of items. Each item carries a source: an exchange notice, a gazette, a named spokesperson, or a document we have read. If we cannot source it, it does not ship.
The brief is news, not a model portfolio. It does not tell you to buy or sell. It does not promise instant profit. Policy items state whether a rule is proposed or confirmed. Technology items separate vendor claims from reported use.
